Return Policy + Procedures

RETURN POLICY
Sometimes things don't work out quite the way you expected, and that's okay! Here is what to expect if you change your mind about your Fawn Design bag. Merchandise may be returned as long as we receive it within 30 days of purchase and you have the following:

● Unused Merchandise: Nobody likes damaged goods.
● Original Email Confirmation: We just need proof that this isn't a catfish situation.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase or your item has been used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If the item is used we will reject the return/refund and will send the used item(s) back to you.

RETURN PROCEDURES
In the event that your purchase does not exceed your expectations, please email us
within 30 days of purchase at hello@fawndesign.com for a return authorization.
Once authorized, we will email you a Fawn Design return slip, and return label. Items must be unused, and include: All hardware still wrapped in protective plastic, any parts and accessories like the messenger strap. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
● Indicate on your FD return slip what items you are returning and give us some
feedback if you'd like!
● Pack your item(s) and return slip into the original box. Affix the return mailing
label to outside of the shipping box.
● Drop your package at a USPS or FedEX location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). OR Leave the package at a location that has a daily USPS or FedEx pick-up.

Once our warehouse has received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please remember, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to change the color or product on an order you will need to purchase the new item(s) you want to guarantee availability. Then email our customer service team to initiate a return on any unused items at hello@fawndesign.com. Please make sure to read our return policy.
