Shipping Policy
 
We are currently shipping USPS Priority! 
Please allow 2-4 business days for your item(s) to ship. This means after your order is placed it will be processed and sent out in 2-4 business days, then depending on location will determine the amount of shipping days. Typically US orders take an estimated 3-5 business days shipping. International is estimated 8-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Once your purchase ships you will receive tracking information by email to the email used to place the order. US orders ship USPS. International orders ship USPS Priority Mail. As of right now we do not have additional options for expedited shipping services.
 

Return Policy 

We accept returns for unused items within 30 days from date of purchase. If returned item is received used or damaged, your return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. If a return is rejected your order will be shipped back to you.

If you are unsatisfied with you purchase and and would like to return an unused product please start your return by emailing hello@fawndesign.com
 
Once unused item(s) are received and inspected, refund will be issued excluding the price of the return label. Please allow 7-10 business days for return funds to be processed.
 
International order are all FINAL SALE.
 
 
Orders/Purchases
If your order fully processed, you will receive an email from Fawn Design confirming your purchase along with order details. Please make sure to double check your info when checking out so the order confirmation email and product go to the right places. Please allow 2-4 days for fulfillment to be completed. If you do need to make changes to an order, please email customer service at hello@fawndesign.com as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that any order changes may not be fully completed if your order has already been fulfilled. For customer protection, Fawn Design will not be able to add or remove any items from an order that has already been processed. If you are wanting to add an item you missed, you will need to place a separate order for that item. Any item not wanted can be returned through our standard return process.

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars. Exchange rates will vary depending on the country you are located in.
 
International Orders
 
All international orders are FINAL SALE. Once purchase has shipped you will receive the customs number by email used for purchase. 
For all international orders the ship-to recipient will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government.
 
Fawn Design Warranty
 
Fawn Design Bags come with a 90 day limited warranty. We take great pride in designing and creating high quality products that are constructed with both style and function in mind. For all warranty claims proof of purchase is required. This includes gifted items. 

Our warranty covers hardware and/or defects on items purchased through Fawn Design’s website or an authorized dealer.

If you are experiencing an issue with one of your Fawn Design products, simply send us a message (click on the help or chat icon on the bottom right of the website.)

Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper or improper use of product, nor does it cover accidents, spills, scratching off of faux leather and hardware or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller are also not covered under our warranty.
Warranty is also not valid on products won through promotional giveaways.
Due to Buy, Sale, Trade pages defective bags will only be replaced to the original owner or purchaser.

Fawn Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office. 
 
If you receive a bag damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will take care of it quickly!
