Q: Can I use all my points and discounts at once?
A: Yes, all benefits from the rewards program can be combined in one purchase.
Q: How do I use my rewards points and discounts?
A: It's as easy as shopping! Once logged in and ready to check out, any points or discounts you have available will be redeemable once you add items to your cart. Select the points that you’d like to apply to your order and continue to checkout! You can add as many rewards as your balance permits.
Q: Will my past purchases count toward my tier status?
A: Yes, all past un-returned purchases with Fawn Design will automatically count and determine your tier status upon sign up!
Q: Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
A: While you can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account you're logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Nope! Once you earn points, they're yours for good!
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Many ways! You'll earn points just by joining the Fawn Fam Rewards Program. After that, points can be earned with each purchase, as well as following us on social media. You will earn points each time you spend on Fawn Design's website. Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your account page. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website www.fawndesign.com Purchases made at pop-up and/or brick-and-mortar locations will not accrue points.
Q: I performed an action to earn points, but my points are not showing up.
A: You must perform the action via the modal on the Fawn Fam rewards page. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they can assist you!
Q: What happens to my points when I return items?
A: When items are refunded, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
Q: How do I check my points balance?
A: First, log into your account where it says ‘Account’ at the top of our site, then click the ’REWARDS” tab for an overview of your points!
Q: How do I know what tier I am?
A: Once logged in to your account, you can check your tier on the rewards page and your account page!
Q: How do I update my profile to redeem my free birthday gift?
A: To redeem your birthday points, first be sure to add your birthday in your profile! Then when your birthday month comes around (Happy Birthday!), you'll receive an email with a special link. Be sure to shop our website via the link. Your free birthday points will appear automatically in your cart at checkout. Please allow a few moments for it to load.
Q: I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
A: First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out. If you are still having trouble, reach out to our customer service at email@example.com for assistance. Also, note that you can only use points in certain increments displayed at checkout.
Q: Am I able to use a discount code with my rewards?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to stack discount codes with rewards.
