I sent an email, how long does it take to hear a reply?

We receive a high volume of emails each day. Your email will be answered in the order it was received. Please allow 3-5 business days for a reply. Sending another email before you are responded to will put your email to the end of the line so please do not send an additional email.

My bag color is not what I expected may I exchange it?

We don't offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different color please purchase the one you would like to guarantee availability. Then start a return at https://fawn-design.returnly.com.

Fawn Design Bag Inquiries

Do Fawn Design bags come with a Warranty?

Yes they do.

Fawn Design Bags come with a 90 day limited warranty. We take great pride in designing and creating high quality products that are constructed with both style and function in mind.

Our warranty covers hardware and/or defects on items purchased through Fawn Design’s website or an authorized dealer.

If you are experiencing an issue with one of your Fawn Design products, simply send us a message (scroll to the bottom of this page).

Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of product, nor does it cover accidents, spills, scratching off of faux leather or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller are also not covered under our warranty.
Warranty is also not valid on products won through promotional giveaways.

Due to Buy, Sale, Trade pages defective bags will only be replaced to the original owner or purchaser. 

What material are Fawn Design bags?

Unless otherwise noted our bags are made from faux leather.

I see you are out of stock. Do you have a waitlist or ability to pre-order?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a waitlist. You can however sign up for our newsletter that will notify you when products are back in stock. We also do not currently offer pre-orders.

How do I care for my Fawn Design bag?

Our bags are faux leather, that means any spills can be wiped down with a damp cloth or wipe. Please use only alcohol free products. The inside lining is also faux leather and can be wiped down as well. Bag is waterproof but do not submerge bag in liquid.

Shipping

Is there an expedited shipping option?

As of right now we do not have any options for expedited shipping, but we are working on adding that in the future.

I think my package is lost! What do I do?

Fawn Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office. 

I live outside the US, do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

When can I expect to receive my bag after purchase?

Please allow 2-4 business days for your item(s) to ship. This means after your order is placed it will be sent out in 2-4 business days, then depending on location will determine the amount of shipping days. Typically US orders take an estimated 3-5 business days shipping. International is estimated 8-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Once your purchase ships you will receive tracking information by email to the email used to place order. US orders ship UPS Surepost. International orders ship USPS Priority Mail. As of right now we do not have additional options for expedited shipping services.
