However, customer service was amazing (i.e very kind, quick replies). The process to getting a new one was so easy! My new diaper bag is in mint condition and I couldn’t be any happier with it!

For the oat colour, I was expecting a cream/off-white. It came as more of a beige or light tan in my opinion. The bag however is beautiful and feels really good to me.

I LOVE my Original Diaper Bag in Oat!! My sister in law got one YEARS ago and raved about how amazing the quality was so when I got pregnant I knew that I needed a Fawn design bag instead of the other ones that you can buy in store.
I was impressed immediately upon opening the box. The packaging blew me away and was super high quality. No risk of scratches or anything in shipping because of the double layer of wrapping around the bag, and every single gold piece of hardware.
I'm sold. I will continue to tell everyone to get a bag from here! I can't wait to get a different one!

I bought this bag as an impulse buy and wasn’t sure if I was going to keep it. Once I opened the box, it was game over; I was in love! The color is truly a beautiful neutral—not really warm toned, not really cool toned. I was worried it would have a yellow undertone but it doesn’t. The color is great for all seasons and the vegan leather is actual butter. I was initially worried about the exterior pockets not being able to hold anything and serve more as a decorative piece on the bag, but to my surprise they hold everything I need (keys, wallet, phone, sunglasses,etc.) even when the interior is packed to capacity. Works great for my 2.5 and 6 month old!
