We are Hiring! 
We are so excited to be expanding our team at Fawn Design! We are based out of Utah County here in Utah. All positions below are in person positions. Please be sure to follow all directions included with job description, this is an important step. There is a Questionnaire at the bottom of the job listings. 1. Full Time/ Part Time Customer Service Team Member. We are potentially hiring both full time and part time for this position. Full time position is business hours 8-5 Monday- Friday. The part time position will be set part time time hours, to be determined. Pay starts at 10 per hour, and is open for discussion.
What we are looking for:
- Must be able to work in Springville, UT
- Previous customer service is helpful, but not required.
- Very friendly & has a positive attitude.
- Have problem solving skills.
- Basic computer/ technology skills.
- Works well in a team setting.
- Be open to change and the ability to adapt.

2. On Call Customer Service Team Member. On Call Shipping Team Member. This position is for people who would like to come and work for Fawn Design on a as needed basis. We have times when we experience a high volume of customer service inquires and orders that need to be shipped. We need team members who can step on these key dates to help out our team. Both positions are in person positions in Utah County. We will give advance notice when you are needed, it is expected to work on those required days. Pay starts at 10 per hour and is open discussion. 
What we are looking for:
- Must be able to work in Springville, Utah.
- Must work the mandatory set days. 
- Basic computer/technology skills 
- Be able to attend team training(s). 
- Work well in team setting.
- Okay with spratic hours.
- Willing to help where needed.
- Positive atitude.
- Feels confident is tense situations.

3. Social Media Manager. This position is a full time business hours position position in person at our American Fork office. This role is for a very creative and driven person. You will be responsible for all social media channels and well as other marketing efforts. Pay for this position is to be discussed in the interview process. 
What we are looking for:
- Must be able to work full time from our office in American Fork, UT.
- Previous social media & marketing experience is required
- Marketing degree is preferred but not required.
- Must be very organized.
- Creative thinker. 
- Great with innovation and marketing strategies.
- Ability to be self motivated. 
- Open to step in to other roles and be open to change.
- Feel capable to manager others on a marketing team.
- Feels confident in help set up marketing processes.
